Player Welfare

Responsible Gambling

Jaya66 believes that gaming should always be a source of entertainment — never stress, never financial hardship. This page gives you everything you need to stay in control, get help if needed, and play safely.

Strictly for players aged 21 and above only

Gambling Should Always Be Fun, Never Harmful

At Jaya66, responsible gambling is not a regulatory checkbox — it is a core part of how we operate. We invest in tools, processes, and people specifically to ensure that every player on our platform has access to the controls and information they need to keep their gaming healthy.

We serve hundreds of thousands of players across Malaysia, from Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya to Penang, Johor Bahru, and Shah Alam. That reach comes with genuine responsibility, and we take it seriously. Whether you are a casual player enjoying a Liga Super Malaysia betting market on weekends, or a slots enthusiast playing a few rounds during your lunch break, the same commitment to your welfare applies.

This page is your complete guide to responsible gambling at Jaya66: what tools are available, how to use them, how to recognise warning signs, and where to get professional help if you or someone you know needs it. We encourage all players to read it carefully and revisit it periodically.

The Jaya66 Responsible Gambling Pledge
We enforce strict 21+ age verification on every account before any real-money play is permitted.
We provide deposit limits, session time controls, and cooling-off periods at no cost to every registered player.
We offer permanent and temporary self-exclusion with no questions asked and no attempt to reverse the decision.
We train our support team to identify and compassionately respond to signs of problem gambling.
We never market aggressively to players who have self-excluded, set strict limits, or shown signs of gambling harm.
We prominently display responsible gambling resources — including Talian Kasih 15999 — on this page and elsewhere on the Platform.

Six Ways to Stay in Control

All the following tools are built into your Jaya66 account. Access them at any time through Account Settings or by contacting our 24/7 live support team.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once your limit is reached, the platform will not accept further deposits until the next period. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before activating.

Session Time Limits

Define a maximum session length for your gaming. Once your set time is reached, the platform logs you out automatically. You can also set reality check reminders at 15, 30, or 60-minute intervals — a brief pop-up notification showing how long you have been playing and your net activity.

Cooling-Off Periods

Take a structured break from the platform without permanently closing your account. Choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or 6 months. During this time, your account is suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from Jaya66.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling has become a problem, you can self-exclude — either for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, your account is closed and you cannot register a new account on Jaya66.

Activity Statements

Request a full statement of your gaming activity at any time — including total deposits, withdrawals, net win/loss, session durations, and game breakdown. Reviewing your actual activity is one of the most effective ways to maintain an honest picture of your gambling habits.

Welfare Check-ins

Our support team proactively reaches out to players who show patterns consistent with problem gambling — extended sessions, rapidly increasing deposits, or frequent late-night play. These check-ins are handled discreetly, empathetically, and with the player's wellbeing as the only priority.

How to Access Your Responsible Gambling Tools

All responsible gambling tools are accessible directly from within your Jaya66 account. You do not need to contact support to set deposit limits, activate a cooling-off period, or configure session reminders — though our team is always available if you need assistance.

For self-exclusion requests, we do ask that you contact our live support team directly so that a trained welfare agent can process your request, confirm your identity, and ensure the exclusion is applied immediately and completely.

Live Support is available 24/7. Average response time is under 90 seconds. Our welfare-trained agents are there to help — no judgement, no pressure.

Example: Deposit Limit Dashboard
Daily Deposit Limit
RM 62 usedLimit: RM 100/day
Weekly Deposit Limit
RM 190 usedLimit: RM 500/week
Monthly Deposit Limit
RM 480 usedLimit: RM 2,000/month

Illustrative example only. Set your own limits in Account Settings.

Log in to your Jaya66 account and navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Deposit Limits. Choose your preferred limit period (daily, weekly, or monthly), enter the maximum MYR amount you wish to deposit, and confirm. The limit activates immediately. To reduce a limit, the change is instant. To increase a limit, a mandatory 7-day waiting period applies before the higher limit becomes active.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Session Controls. You can set a maximum session duration (in hours and minutes) after which you will be automatically logged out. You can also activate reality check reminders at 15, 30, or 60-minute intervals — a brief on-screen notification will appear showing your elapsed session time and your net gaming result.

Navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Take a Break. Select your preferred cooling-off duration (24 hours up to 6 months). Your account will be suspended immediately — you will be logged out and unable to log back in until the cooling-off period expires. All scheduled marketing communications are also paused. Your account balance is preserved and available upon your return.

To self-exclude, please contact our welfare team directly via live chat and state clearly that you wish to self-exclude. A trained welfare agent will guide you through the process and confirm the duration (minimum 6 months, or permanent). Your account will be closed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed until the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

Contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to request a full activity statement for any period. The statement includes total deposits, total withdrawals, net gaming result, session durations, and a game-by-game breakdown. Statements are typically provided within 48 hours. Reviewing your statement regularly is a healthy habit that keeps your gambling in accurate perspective.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually. Recognising these warning signs early — in yourself or someone you care about — makes it significantly easier to get help before the situation escalates.

Spending more money on gambling than you can afford to lose, or borrowing money to fund gambling.
Chasing losses — continuing to play in an attempt to recover money that has already been lost.
Gambling for longer than you planned or betting more than you intended on multiple occasions.
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not gambling or when you try to cut down.
Hiding your gambling activity from family or friends, or lying about the amount of time or money spent.
Gambling to escape problems, stress, anxiety, depression, or loneliness.
Neglecting work, family, education, or important responsibilities because of time or money spent on gambling.
Repeatedly failing to cut down or stop gambling despite genuine attempts to do so.
Experiencing financial difficulties, including unpaid bills or debts, as a result of gambling activity.
Thinking about gambling frequently when you are doing other things, or feeling preoccupied with your next session.

If you recognise any of these signs, it does not mean you have a gambling problem — but it is worth taking them seriously and using the tools on this page. If multiple signs apply regularly, seeking professional support is the right step.

Are You in Control?

Take a moment to honestly consider the questions below. This is not a clinical diagnostic — it is a prompt for honest self-reflection. If several of these questions give you pause, consider reaching out to our support team or a professional resource.

1
Have you ever gambled with money intended for essential expenses such as rent, food, utilities, or loan repayments?
2
Have you ever felt a strong urge to continue gambling in order to win back money you have already lost?
3
Do you find that you need to gamble with increasingly larger amounts to feel the same level of excitement?
4
Have you ever felt restless, irritable, or anxious when you tried to cut down or stop gambling?
5
Have you kept aspects of your gambling activity — the frequency, duration, or amount — secret from your family or close friends?
6
Has gambling ever caused arguments, tension, or distance in your personal relationships?
7
Have you ever missed work, school, or other important commitments because of gambling?
8
Have you ever borrowed money — from family, friends, or financial institutions — specifically to fund gambling?

If you answered "yes" to two or more of these questions, we strongly encourage you to activate your Jaya66 responsible gambling tools and consider contacting a professional support service. Acknowledging the issue is always the most important first step.

Tips for Keeping Gambling Enjoyable

💰

Set a Budget Before You Play

Decide how much you are comfortable spending before you log in. Treat this amount as the cost of entertainment — like a cinema ticket or a meal out — not as an investment. Use your Jaya66 deposit limit to enforce this budget automatically.

⏱️

Set a Time Limit

It is easy to lose track of time when gaming. Decide on a session length before you start — 30 minutes, 60 minutes — and stick to it. Enable the Jaya66 session timer to be logged out automatically when your time is up.

🚫

Never Chase Losses

If you have reached your budget for the day, stop. Chasing losses with additional deposits rarely results in recovery and very often leads to larger losses. Log out, take a break, and return another day if you choose to.

🍺

Do Not Gamble Under the Influence

Alcohol, substances, or extreme emotional states impair your decision-making. Gambling under these conditions tends to lead to larger bets, longer sessions, and worse outcomes. Play when you are calm and clear-headed.

🎮

Gambling Is Entertainment, Not Income

Approach every gaming session as entertainment — the same way you would watch an EPL match or attend a concert. The house always has a mathematical edge. Accept that the primary return is enjoyment, not profit.

🗣️

Talk to Someone You Trust

If gambling is becoming more than just fun, talk to a trusted family member, friend, or professional. Sharing the concern openly is one of the most effective first steps. You can also speak confidentially with our welfare support team at any time.

Enjoy Jaya66 — Responsibly and Confidently

Over 500,000 Malaysian players enjoy Jaya66 as a safe, fair, and entertaining platform. With the right tools and mindset, gaming can be a genuinely positive leisure activity. We are here to support you at every step. For players aged 21 and above only.
