These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Jaya66 online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated by Jaya66 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://jaya66.lat. When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

• You must not register using a false identity or use another person's identity.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account to any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You must notify Jaya66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Jaya66 reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide such documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

All Accounts are subject to verification prior to the processing of the first withdrawal request. We may also conduct enhanced due diligence checks on accounts exhibiting unusual deposit patterns or withdrawal requests, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

By using the Jaya66 Platform, you agree to use our Services solely for personal entertainment purposes, in good faith, and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following general conditions of use apply at all times:

Jaya66 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the Platform for compliance with these Terms. We may suspend or permanently close any Account where we reasonably suspect a breach of these conditions, without prior notice.

All financial transactions on Jaya66 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions of Malaysia.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, USDT, and BTC.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, as communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are awarded at the absolute discretion of Jaya66 and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits as stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results for individual sessions.

For sports betting markets, all bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, the decision of Jaya66's trading team shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jaya66 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or funds obtained through illegal means.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting bonus offers across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider.
• Software Exploitation: Using third-party software, bots, or automated tools to influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity documentation.
• Abuse of Support Staff: Threatening, harassing, or abusing our customer support team in any form.

All content on the Jaya66 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jaya66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from Jaya66.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• This licence does not include any right to sub-license, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or its content.
• The Jaya66 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Jaya66. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jaya66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

• Jaya66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Jaya66 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities arising from technical failures, including but not limited to server outages, DDoS attacks, or third-party payment provider failures.
• In no event shall Jaya66's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
• Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jaya66 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or any content therein.

Jaya66 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices among all its players. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Jaya66 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Jaya66 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals who are under 21 years of age, have been identified as problem gamblers, or are currently subject to a self-exclusion order.

Either you or Jaya66 may terminate this Agreement and close your Account at any time. The following conditions apply in each case:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any real money balance at the time of closure (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method.
• Termination by Jaya66 — No Breach: Jaya66 may close your Account at any time by providing 30 days' written notice, subject to returning any real money balance to your verified payment method.
• Immediate Termination for Breach: Jaya66 may immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached any provision of this Agreement. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or exploitation, any balance may be forfeited.
• Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately and you must discontinue all use of the Platform.
• Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any accrued rights shall survive termination of this Agreement.

Jaya66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must close your Account before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure by Jaya66 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision, nor shall it prevent Jaya66 from enforcing such right or provision at a later time.
